# CappyWiki source register

Research checked: 28 October 2026. The site uses official store listings for high-level game identity and live-service context, and community-maintained references for mechanics and strategies. Community sources are not official rules. Exact values, caps, drop rates, event schedules, and build rankings are marked patch-sensitive or omitted where sources disagree.

## Official listings

- HABBY, [Capybara Go! — Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.habby.capybara&hl=en_US). Supports the high-level description as a text-based roguelike with randomized events/choices, gear, and companions. It is not a complete combat manual or F2P economy table.
- HABBY, [Capybara Go! — Apple App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/capybara-go/id6596787726). Supports publisher identity and public listing/update context. It does not establish detailed pet or event mechanics, nor that any event reward is permanently F2P.

## Community wiki and guide references

- Game Vault, [Ultimate Beginners Guide](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Guide:Ultimate_Beginners_Guide). Early progression, skill adaptation, starter equipment/pet examples, daily activity priorities, and reported equipment/pet reset behavior. Advice is community strategy; refund boundaries need in-client confirmation.
- Game Vault, [Skills](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Skills) and [Skills Tier List Priority and Guide](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Guide:Skills_Tier_List). Skill descriptions, random choice examples, triggers, and player priorities. Tier rankings are contextual, and details can lag patches.
- Game Vault, [Stats and Effects](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Stats_and_Effects). Community labels for Basic Attack, Skill Damage, elemental damage, control immunity, and other effects. It is not publisher-authored documentation.
- Game Vault, [Equipment](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Equipment) and [Currency and Items](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Currency_and_Items). Slot layout, enhancement materials, merging, and documented rollback behavior. Recipes, costs, and eligibility can change; the upper rarity refund boundary is not consistently stated across references.
- Game Vault, [Pets](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Pets). Pet effects, summoning, deployment slots, and upgrades. Rarity thresholds and naming are version-sensitive.
- Game Vault, [Challenges and Dungeons](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Challenges_and_Dungeons), [Dungeon Dive](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Dungeon_Dive), and [Arena](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Arena). Mode lists, tickets, modifiers, and rewards as recorded by the community wiki. Caps, schedules, and reward rules should be checked in the current client.
- Game Vault, [Events](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Events) and [Growth Events](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Growth_Events). Event categories and historical milestone rules. The Growth Events page says the old system was replaced by Capybarathon; the current Capybarathon rules were not verified in this research.
- Game Vault, [Tips and Tricks](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Tips_and_Tricks). Community equipment and progression suggestions. These are not universal balance rules.

## Community databases and analysis

- NiaMeowDB, [Story Mode Stats](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/story-mode-stats). Chapter unlocks and community-collected enemy/difficulty observations. Unlock thresholds and enemy tables may be stale or server/version-specific.
- NiaMeowDB, [Gem Farming & Spending Guide](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/gem-farming-spending-guide). Community estimates and spending strategies. Its recommendations differ from other guides; CappyWiki therefore does not publish a fixed gem income, budget, or banner order.
- NiaMeowDB, [Skills Database](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/capybara-go-skills-database). Skills and tags; the page states a Version 1.7 scope and includes community-tested or game-file-derived values. It is not current official documentation.
- NiaMeowDB, [Crowd Control & Damage Over Time Explained](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/crowd-control-damage-over-time-explained). Control and DoT terminology; the page flags uncertainty in formulas and values. DoT numbers conflict with older community references, so the public guides omit fixed Poison/Burn/Bleed coefficients and caps.
- NiaMeowDB, [Pets Leveling and Builds](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/pets-leveling-and-builds-guide). Pet leveling, passive effects, and Pet Build concepts. Pet summon terminology and the reported Immortal threshold differ from another opened pet reference; no single exact threshold is published.
- CapyCalc, [Skill Database](https://capycalc.nakfrg.com/skilldb/). Community skill data labeled for version 1.9.1; useful evidence that numeric skill details are versioned, not a permanent specification.
- CapyCalc, [calculator and reference directory](https://capycalc.nakfrg.com/). Links to community databases and tools for gems, equipment upgrades, pet leveling, combat, events, Capymon, and Voyage. The site is fan-made; its calculations, rankings, data freshness, and event schedules are not official guarantees and should be checked against the current game client.
- Arqade / Stack Exchange, [How to understand the pet build statistics in Capybara Go!](https://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/411382/how-to-understand-the-pet-build-statistics-in-capybara-go). Community interpretation of a pet-stat display; not an official glossary.
- NiaMeowDB, [Combo/Crit/Counter Rate Calculator](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/combo-crit-counter-rate-fdr-calculator) and [Damage & Attributes Explained](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/damage-attributes-explained). Community interpretations of stat scope and damage labels, not official formulas or guarantees.
- NiaMeowDB, [Other Weapons Builds](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/other-weapons-builds). Community discussion of Counter, Light Spear, and mode-specific routes; recommendations are version- and mode-dependent.
- Mobi.gg, [Capybara GO Pet Tier List](https://mobi.gg/en/tips/capybara-go-pet-tier-list/). Editorial pet ranking updated in 2026 according to the page; a time-bound opinion, not proof of mechanics or free acquisition.

## Build and pet strategy articles

- AllClash, [Best Build(s) in Capybara Go!](https://www.allclash.com/best-builds-in-capybara-go/), plus its [Combo](https://www.allclash.com/best-basic-attacks-combo-crit-builds-in-capybara-go/), [Skill](https://www.allclash.com/best-skill-build-in-capybara-go/), [Dagger](https://www.allclash.com/best-dagger-build-in-capybara-go/), and [Counter](https://www.allclash.com/best-counter-build-in-capybara-go/) guides. These are community archetype examples. The main article is dated 2025 and includes late-game/rarity assumptions; rankings and named builds are not universal F2P requirements.
- Pocket Gamer, [Capybara Go tier list](https://www.pocketgamer.com/capybara-go/tier-list/), and UrGameTips, [Pet tier list](https://urgametips.com/capybara-go-pets-tier-list/). Dated community rankings and role suggestions; rankings are editorial and mode/patch dependent, not proof that pets are free to obtain.
- AllClash, [Best Skills](https://www.allclash.com/best-skills-in-capybara-go/). Editorial tier/archetype ranking; priorities can be dated, build-dependent, and different from a mechanical prerequisite.
- Game Vault, [Whisperer Build Guide](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Guide:Whisperer_Build_Guide), [Artifacts](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Artifacts), [Reaper's Staff](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Reaper%27s_Staff), and [Abyssal Dungeon Bosses Guide](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Guide:Abyssal_Dungeon_Bosses_Guide). Item/build examples and matchup descriptions are community references with version-sensitive details; none establishes a guaranteed free acquisition path.
- TheriaGames, [Elemental Build](https://theriagames.com/guide/capybara-go-elemental-build/) and [Tank/Survival Build](https://theriagames.com/guide/capybara-go-tank-survival-build/). Third-party strategy opinions; elemental coverage is limited and named gear/pets are not assumed to be free.

## Focused build, gem, mount, and Capymon references

- NiaMeowDB, [Skysplitter Ailoren Ultimate Build Guide](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/skysplitter-ailoren-ultimate-build-guide). Community strategy (May 2026) for Ailoren PvE Rage/Skill and Rage × Dagger routes; A5 is described as a breakpoint. This does not prove that named gear or a given awakening has a free acquisition path.
- NiaMeowDB, [Mung Elven Bow Ultimate Build Guide](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/mung-elven-bow-ultimate-build-guide). Community late-game PvP specialization using dagger stacks, Rage, and dodge; the guide's Mythic Mung, Sivira Fang, and high dagger-Rage assumptions are not universal F2P requirements.
- Game Vault, [Equipment Gem](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Equipment_Gem). Community Divine Forge stages and material labels; the exact gem quantity is unclear in the accessible listing (shown as “5?”), so CappyWiki flags it rather than guessing.
- CapyCalc, [Equipment Upgrade Calculator](https://capycalc.nakfrg.com/mythicupgrade/). Community estimates such as Mythic +0 at 18 S + 126 Epic and Mythic +4 at 18 S + 702 Epic; preserve source notation and verify it against the active client.
- NiaMeowDB, [Mounts Database & Upgrade Reference](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/mounts-database). Community table describes levels 0–15 and unlocks through tier 7; terminology and currency costs differ, so exact costs are not published as universal.
- CapyCalc, [Capymon Planner](https://capycalc.nakfrg.com/capymon/) and [Capymon Pull Rates](https://capycalc.nakfrg.com/capymonrates/). Planner notes six role slots (up to two Vanguard, two Rear Guard, two Priest) and skill level 1 at zero stars through level 6 at five stars. The analyzed rates listing says 10 tokens per card and Epic+ pity after 20 pulls; neither establishes that any specific card is obtainable for free. No Ailoren/Mung-specific Capymon lineup was found.
- CapyCalc, [calculator and reference directory](https://capycalc.nakfrg.com/). CappyWiki indexes the directory and a selected set of linked tools; it is a third-party community resource, not official game documentation.

## Evidence choices for public pages

- Official facts are limited to high-level roguelike/random-event identity, gear/companion framing, publisher, and store listing/update context.
- Durable F2P guidance is framed as decision logic: collect free rewards, prioritize permanent unlocks, use available attempts, build around the trigger families actually offered, keep enough defense to survive, and adapt to the mode.
- The site does not recommend paid packs, premium passes, subscriptions, or paid pulls.
- Fixed gem budgets, summon odds/pity, exact DoT values, exact control formulas, permanent tier lists, current event schedules, and uncertain refund boundaries are not presented as evergreen facts.
- Build families are attributed to community sources and include conditions, dependencies, alternatives, and pivot guidance. A no-spend framework does not prove that every named weapon, pet, rarity, or upgrade is free; named-item acquisition remains unverified unless a source establishes its exact free path.
- Named starter gear is an example, not a required or guaranteed-free loadout. No named item is labeled F2P merely because a guide recommends it or the player has not paid for it.

## Visual icon atlas references

- Game Vault, [Mounts](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Mounts). Its Advanced Mounts table pairs visible names with icon-file names for Catastrophe, Sphinx, Diego, Luminous Dragon, and Roach. The exact page name is **Luminous Dragon**; “Luminous” is retained only as a search alias. The Roach file has neighboring artwork at its edge and is labeled partial in the atlas.
- NiaMeowDB, [Mounts Database & Upgrade Reference](https://meowdb.com/db/capybara-go/mounts-database). Names Dapper Goose in a v1.8.9 note, but the accessible page does not pair it with a mount icon. The public Reddit post [New mount: Don Quixote Sugar](https://www.reddit.com/r/CapybaraGoGame/comments/1mx1c6h/new_mount_don_quixote_sugar/) supports the name only; a comment image is not treated as a clean game-icon match. Both remain searchable name-only entries rather than guessed artwork.
- Game Vault, [Equipment](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Equipment). Public Weapons, Wear/Armor, Rings, and Accessories tables pair icon filenames with item names. CappyWiki shows a selected set of named weapon and gear icons; rarity tiers are not presented as separate icons unless the source explicitly identifies separate assets.
- Game Vault, [Pets](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Pets). The public Pet List markup places exact image filenames beside pet names and rarities. The atlas includes a 20-pet sample from that community list; it is not a guarantee of a complete or current client roster.
- CapyCalc, [Capymon Planner](https://capycalc.nakfrg.com/capymon/). Its public roster shows names with matching card assets and says the planner includes 28 Capymon. The atlas uses 20 direct roster-card assets; these are full card images, not isolated portrait crops.
- Game Vault, [Currency and Items](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Currency_and_Items) and [Chests](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Chests). Their public source markup identifies resource and chest image filenames beside the relevant item names.
- Game Vault, [Adventurers](https://capybara-go.game-vault.net/wiki/Adventurers). The page names Adventure Skills such as Healthy and Strong, Big Appetite, Energetic, Panda Stick Technique, Kung Fu Master, and Practice Makes Perfect, but the accessible source does not pair each skill name with an individual icon file. These are marked name-only; generic skill icons are not substituted.
- Atlas image files are local copies of public reference assets so the site does not load remote images. Every card links back to its public source page; images remain the property of their respective owners/publishers. No private account screenshots are used. A visible icon/name pairing is evidence for identification only—not an official current-version guarantee or proof of a free-to-play acquisition path.
